Welcome to Amici Latinae, Central Florida’s in-person homeschool Latin academy.
We are dedicated to helping students not only learn Latin, but learn it with confidence, structure, and lasting mastery.
At Amici Latinae, we take learning seriously. Our students are challenged to work diligently and grow through a clear, mastery-based academic system. At the same time, they discover that Latin and Roman culture are engaging, meaningful, and enjoyable. Our program is designed to build both academic excellence and student confidence.
We meet weekly in the Orlando area and offer structured Latin instruction through carefully sequenced, mastery-based classes. Students progress through clearly defined levels and are supported through regular practice, assessment, and review.
In addition to core instruction, we provide a vibrant academic community and structured enrichment experiences, including cultural study days and hands-on learning activities that bring the ancient world to life.
We also prepare students for the Exploratory Latin Exam and the National Latin Exam, and our students consistently perform well – often medaling and earning highest honors.
