Mastery Through the Ages

We believe the so-called "dead" language is for living children. Whether your child loves logic or struggles with English grammar, Latin provides the structure they need to thrive. We make the difficult delightful.

We meet weekly in the Orlando area, offering a living bridge to the ancient world. Children progress through clearly defined levels, supported by regular practice, assessment, and review, just as children have done for millennia.

The Heart Behind the Academy

Meet the Magistra

"I don't teach Latin because it is 'useful', though it is. I teach it because it is beautiful."

My mission is to give children the keys to a treasure chest of 2,000 years of wisdom, poetry, and faith. Latin is not a hurdle to clear; it is a gift to unwrap.

Every child who walks through our door, whether they arrive convinced they "can't do languages" or already dreaming in declensions, deserves to experience the moment when Latin stops feeling like a puzzle and starts feeling like music.

This academy was born from a simple conviction: the classical tradition belongs to everyone, not just the gifted few. If your child can speak English, they can learn Latin. And if they learn Latin, they will never see the world the same way again.

Roman Inscription

"Latin is the cornerstone of a classical, Christian education."

Why Study Latin?

The language that built the West.

Latin has often been derided as a dead language, but nothing could be further from the truth. Even a cursory study reveals that our world is permeated with Latin in both language and culture.

It is the central component of a classical, Christian education, assisting in the development of academic, professional, and moral character.

  • Cognitive Development: Develops analytical skills, attention to detail, and resilience.
  • Vocabulary & English: 60% of English is derived from Latin; drastically improves grammar.
  • Test Scores: Latin children consistently score higher on SAT, ACT, and CLT exams.
  • Cultural Heritage: Unlocks the foundation of Western Civilization, history, and literature.
